Shipping & Returns

All swimwear are handmade to order and may take up to 1-2 weeks of production time. You will receive a tracking number via email or text message when your order has been shipped. 

D.VNE SWIM is no longer responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse and is in the care of the shipping carriers. Customers will need to contact the shipping carriers with the tracking number provided. 

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping fees. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

Due to handmade orders, we do not allow returns or exchanges. However, if there is a defect or flaw in your item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be glad to assist you. Items must be UNWORN with tags and hygiene stickers intact.
